Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here.

After nearly four decades in a fast-paced corporate career, I learned something important. Success means very little if your health quietly slips to the side.

In my early 60s, I chose to build a different kind of life. One centered on strength, mobility, and steady, sustainable wellness. Not quick fixes or extreme programs, but thoughtful progress that fits real life.

Today, I work with others who are ready to do the same.

If you’re thinking about taking those first steps, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Wellness doesn’t come from one big decision.
It comes from a series of small ones.

In my experience, the people who make lasting change don’t overhaul their lives overnight.

They experiment.
They adjust.
They keep going.

I think of it as Wellness Agility.

It's the ability to respond, adapt, and keep moving forward, even when life isn’t perfect.

We’re not chasing a finish line.
We’re building something that can last.

My Philosophy: Small Wins, Built Over Time

Who I Work With

You don’t need to be in perfect shape to start.

Most of the people I work with are somewhere in between.

Maybe you’ve been meaning to get back to it for a while.
Maybe you’ve tried before and it didn’t stick.
Maybe you just feel like something is missing.

You’re not looking for extremes.
You’re looking for something that works.

Something sustainable.
Something that fits your life now.

That’s where we start.
