About me

Hi, I’m John.
After nearly 40 years in corporate leadership, I found myself in a place many people reach. Less energy, more stiffness, and a body that no longer felt as steady.

At 62, I decided to change that, not with extremes, but by rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and creating habits that last.

Today, as a NASM-certified personal trainer and wellness coach, I help adults move better, feel stronger, and build lasting wellness in a way that fits their life through simple, practical steps and steady progress.
